I’m Iz, the founder of solara flow with iz. I’m a sound bath facilitator and space holder. My intention is to create a welcoming space that allows you to rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. To experience a state of flow through sound, stillness and mindful presence.

My own experience of navigating grief over the last few years has reshaped my relationship with personal wellbeing, leading me to explore practices that have allowed me to turn inward and ground myself. It deepened my belief that even small moments of daily stillness can create meaningful shifts in how we feel.

As my journey continued, spending time travelling and living overseas introduced me to a slower pace of life and a different way of looking after my wellbeing. Along the way, I discovered sound therapy which complemented my meditation and yoga practice.

This ongoing exploration is what influenced me to start solara flow with iz. My hope is to offer this same peace for others - a gentle opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, stay a while and leave feeling more rested, grounded and connected than when you arrived.
